I have been a huge fan of Mob Wives for years. I'm not quite sure how I got into the show but I've watched all six seasons multiple times over the years. And I find myself looking for a rewatch every six months or so. One of the many downsides to living in Canada is that a lot of the shows that I love to watch you cannot stream it here. I tried getting into this show several times and if it weren't for my boyfriend gently reminding me we still haven't finished it and to watch a couple episodes at a time then I never would have finished it. The last season was definitely a letdown, especially, with how rushed it felt and the ending was less than desirable so I wasn't going to watch House of the Dragon. The line of succession changes to Viserys because Rhaenys even though the eldest of Jaehaerys' grand children is but a woman and women are not meant to rule no matter which Universe; fictional or otherwise. *This review will contain spoilers* Opening scene: Sookie dreams of going to Eric right after Godric passes away. They get all hot and heavy. Right when he is about to bite her she wakes up. As I previously mentioned in the past review, it goes to show the effects of what vampire blood can do.  I genuinely loved this episode and laughed quite a bit. This episode wasn't overly packed with events. It was more of one of those episodes that tend to set up the end of the season.  Jason once again surprises me when he takes charge and goes out to see what is going on in Bon Temps and he makes it his mission to stop it. I think it was genius of him to pretend to be the 'god who comes' to save Sam from the crazy townspeople. I like that his character is being utilized a lot more instead of the ex jock/ horny douchebag. I would love to see him as some type of law enforcement figure. (((This review will contain spoilers))) This episode contains a lot of scenes that are very much night and day to each other. We've got Jason at the Light of Day conference already making an enemy/friend with Luke who envy's Jason's charismatic personality and his closeness with the Newlin's. We also have Sam at Merlotte's dealing with the new crappy waitress Daphne, running his business and Maryann always showing up everywhere he is. On the flip side, we have poor Lafayette fighting to stay alive while trying to escape this terrible nightmare. I do have to applaud the phenomenal work of the leg prop! It looked gory and very realistic as well.  Unfortunately, it does get worse for Lafayette. He successfully frees himself from the torture contraption but he ends up getting shot by none other than Ginger. (((There will be spoilers))) I so freaking called it! Sam is a shape-shifter or preferably a shifter. But the best part of the opening scene is Sookie running into the bathroom, hiding in the shower and grabbing the loofah as a weapon. Can she be anymore of a dumb blonde cliché? Sam tells Sookie that werewolves are nasty creatures and that there is so much more out there. Of course, there would be more supernatural creatures! If there are vampires there's bound to be more in the True Blood Universe. We have Sookie looking like Carrie from the prom, Ginger is vomiting and screaming non-stop, and Bill killed Longshadow because he was going after Sookie. This episode was quite interesting. You would think with being a telepath she could of heard that someone wanted to harm her, right? Why didn't Sookie just go to her car and went home? Now I know all of you are gonna say Amanda, Heroes have been off air for 4 years now! Well yeah I know that but one thing I love to do is wait until a TV series is done just so I can watch all the seasons at once. And that's what I did with Heroes. Although, I do have to agree waiting for 4 years to finally watch it is pushing it. But off to the series itself. Heroes is about ordinary people with not so ordinary abilities from healing, to flying, to super speed and everything else in between. This series was in many ways incredible and many ways disappointing. Incredible because you get to see people with incredible powers and abilities trying to handle them, find love with them, and some of the adventures that they had was simply great and awesome. I loved the different story lines that they had. The whole Prima-tech cover up was awesome and seeing Claire's dad being total Rambo was cool.
