Nexxus | Colour Assure Radiant Color Care Leave-In Conditioning Spray (Review)

Image
Product Summary: Colour assure radiant color care leave-in conditioning spray is designed to deliver 48% better color protection. This scientifically developed formula replenishes hair with vital moisture and extends the intensity and vibrancy of hair color. A powerful step in the color protection process. Costs around $15-17.  How to use: Spray onto sections of damp, towel dried hair until hair is saturated. Comb through to distribute evenly, Do not rinse out.  ***Not Cruelty-Free 👎*** As many of you know, I have been dyeing my hair for the past few years and most of the colors I use are extremely vibrant but they unfortunately, fade rather quickly. When it comes to haircare products, I look for some that can protect my hair color while also nourishing and repairing the damage to my ends.  This has amazingly made my hair color last so much longer! Normally, after 3 weeks of dyeing my hair it will begin to fade and I would need to do a touch up but using this spray I do

Olay | Oil Minimizing Toner (Review)

Image
Product Summary: Olay oil minimizing clean toner removes dirt, excess oil and makeup from your skin.  For everyday use, the formula was designed by Olay skin experts and tested by dermatologists. Add this toner to your skin care routine to remove impurities without stripping skin of its essential moisture. Costs around $8. How to use: Moisten a lean cotton ball with the toner and wipe face and neck. ***Not cruelty free 👎*** With the summer heat hitting us hard, the oil being produced on my face has increased exponentially. I produce a lot of oil in my t-zone and I need a product that will help control my oil production while not stripping my skin of essential moisture. Accompanying this heat is sweat which unfortunately, cause small, little sweat pimples.  This toner does remove the oil on my face and decreases the oil production on my face. It also removes some makeup but beyond that it really isn't all that great. I can't use this toner near my eyes si

Divine By Blood (Partholon #3) By: P.C Cast (Book Review)

Image
(((This review will contain spoilers))) Summary: Conceived in a lie and trapped in a tree throughout her gestation, Morrigan's birth was truly magical. After that start, she spent the next eighteen years raised as a normal girl in Oklahoma. upon discovering the truth of her heritage, her rage and grief take on a power of their own, carrying her back to the world of Partholon. Yet, instead of being respected as the daughter of the Goddess Incarnate, Morrigan feels like a shunned outsider. In her desperation to belong to Partholon, she confronts forces she can't fully understand  or control. And soon a strange darkness draws closer... Yet again, I am faced with a plot-less story from Cast. If there is no main goal or antagonist in the story then the story will drag on and be dis-interesting. And no! Defeating literally evil itself at the very end of the book is not called a plot line. In this book, we follow Morrigan's life from when she was born all the way till

It Cosmetics Brow Power (Review)

Image
I first received this Universal eyebrow pencil in universal taupe in my June  ipsy glam bag.   It is full sized and contains 0.07g of product while being worth a whooping $24. Actually I think I have a sample of the brow power but it's not clear on their website . I wish it said the amount of product each pencil contains.  One side as you can see below contains the actual product that you twist up (I appreciate that because I hate pencil's that you have to sharpen) and the other side is a spoolie to comb through your brows.  Here is the brow pencil swatched. I cannot express to you how hard it was to swatch this eyebrow pencil! I had to layer my swatch many times but the great thing about it is when filling in your brows you can slowly fill then in. I do have to say the strokes were very similar to hair.   Many of you may know, others may not but this is definitely not a product that I reach for most. I'm not talking specifically about this It Cosmetics product b
