 ***This review will contain spoilers*** I used to watch Charmed all the time in my childhood and it's one of the few good memories I have of my mother. We used to watch Charmed all the time and hurry to watch all the new episodes every Friday on the WB. Now as an adult, I have purchased the entire eight season collection and even bought myself a replica of the Book of Shadows featured on the show.  My boyfriend and I love to watch tv shows together so my pick this time around was watching Charmed. It has been well over a decade since the last time I even watched an episode so I was interested in seeing how adult Amanda would feel about Charmed... As a child, I absolutely loved Prue. Myself being the eldest, I definitely connected and related to the character of Prue. I loved the first three seasons and as a child was crushed when the final episode of season three premiered and we were left on a cliffhanger. Starting the first episode of season four, I recall asking where Prue...

(((There will be spoilers included in this review))) Starting season 2 with a grotesque murder, welcome back to Bon Temps! Luckily, the person that was murdered with their heart ripped out stuffed in Andy's car is none other than Miss Jeanette. The woman who gave Tara and her mother exorcisms. But Miss Jeanette ended up being a fake and was faking the exorcisms to scam Tara and her mother out of money. But that leaves a mystery as to where Lafayette is. Which we quickly discover is chained with several other people to a contraption that is straight out from the movie Saw.  I will admit despite Maryann's sick fascination with people who need help, she did end up saying exactly what we all were thinking and wanted to say to Tara's mother. Tara's mother was and still is a terrible person. She only needed Tara when she was an alcoholic but now that she is all better? Passes judgment and turns her back on her own daughter. Extremely disgraceful! It also seemed Mary...

Now I know all of you are gonna say Amanda, Heroes have been off air for 4 years now! Well yeah I know that but one thing I love to do is wait until a TV series is done just so I can watch all the seasons at once. And that's what I did with Heroes. Although, I do have to agree waiting for 4 years to finally watch it is pushing it. But off to the series itself. Heroes is about ordinary people with not so ordinary abilities from healing, to flying, to super speed and everything else in between. This series was in many ways incredible and many ways disappointing. Incredible because you get to see people with incredible powers and abilities trying to handle them, find love with them, and some of the adventures that they had was simply great and awesome. I loved the different story lines that they had. The whole Prima-tech cover up was awesome and seeing Claire's dad being total Rambo was cool. And I also loved that the series expanded into different time periods.  Hero...
