It's no surprise that after years of coloring and styling my hair it leads to some damage. I take very good care of my hair but sometimes it needs a pick me up. I will say it has helped a bit with the split ends (didn't really have many to begin with) However, it doesn't add shine to my hair. It doesn't add nourishment, it leaves a slight cast and doesn't really improve my hair all that much.

I'm giving this spray 1 star on 5. Thank God I bought this spray on sale because I would have been upset paying full price for this. It didn't do much for my hair, it helped a little with the very few split ends I had but otherwise my hair has looked like the moisture was drained out. I'm on the hunt for an item who will help restore the shine for the ends of my hair.

True Blood: Season 1 Episode 6 Cold Ground (Episode Review)

((((((This review contains spoilers.)))))) Adele Stackhouse is dead and of course Sookie is in shock but damn everyone keeps on bugging her. Can everyone just let the poor girl grieve? Of course Sam and Bill have to seize each other up. My question is why does Bill think he knows Sookie so well? Dude, you've known her maybe a week tops. Or has he known her for a week as he would like everyone to believe? I don't understand how Sookie was able to clean up the kitchen after her grandmother was murdered in it. It's a shame that Adele died she was such a gentle spirit.  Jason is just slowly deteriorating beyond belief. Addicted to vampire blood, suspected of several murders and now hitting his own sister. Thank God for Tara and Lafayette because they are amazing friends. The widowed mother Alice and her two daughters Paulina and Doris. Due to losing her husband, Alice becomes the sole provider for her family and to earn some sort of income she performs séances to help her clients get closure from their passed loved ones. She makes money off of scamming people and she uses both her daughters to do it. Personally, I think it's really fucked up to exploit someone's pain and grief to make a few quick bucks.
