Insidious: The Red Door (Movie Review)

Image
***This review will contain spoilers*** Summary: Josh Lambert heads east to drop his son, Dalton, off at school. However, Dalton's college dream soon becomes a living nightmare when the repressed demons of his past suddenly return to haunt them both. I have watched and followed this horror movie franchise for over a decade. I was in high school when the first movie came out and I'm now in my late twenties. This franchise has been around for a while and I have been waiting impatiently for a follow up movie since The Last Key movie in 2018. I've always wanted to know more about the cases that Elise worked on and has helped and I hope we do end up getting that someday.  This movie was not what I was expecting. I realized that they never defeated the demon that was haunting Dalton but I didn't realize that they would be spending half the movie making both Dolton and Josh remember what we (the audience) already experienced from the first 2 movies. ***This review will contain spoilers*** Summary: Jason Schuyler is one of Anita Blake's best friends and favorite werewolves, with benefits. J.J. is his lady love, an old flame from childhood who dances at one of the top ballet companies in New York. She's accomplished, beautiful, and she's crazy about him, too. Neither of them wants to be monogamous, so what could go wrong? J.J. is enthusiastically bisexual, with an emphasis on the female side of things. She plans to keep sleeping with women, because Jason can't meet that need, just like she can't meet Jason's need for rough sex and bondage. J.J. doesn't understand why Jason isn’t content to go elsewhere for a need she can’t fulfil, so Jason asks Anita to help him explain. Anita is having her own relationship growing pains with her only female lover ever, Jade. Jason suggests that J.J. might be able to help Anita with her girl problem, while she helps him with his kinky explanations. With some encouragement...

Briogeo | Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask (Review)

Image
Product Summary: A weekly deep conditioning mask that balances protein and moisture to strengthen and repair dry, damaged hair, Cost: $39 for 8 oz. How to use: After shampooing, massage the hair mask into hair from root to tip. Leave in for 10 minutes before rinsing.  ***Cruelty free*** I've used Briogeo products in the past before and had such great results. My hair has seen better days lately and it needs some serious TLC. I knew I was going to be in good hands when it comes to Briogeo products.  Only after 1 use and you can see a noticeable difference. The texture and appearance drastically improved. It brought shine back to the ends of my hair, it improved the texture so now it's extremely soft where as before it was very dry and almost straw like. It definitely was not a cute look to be sporting.  Rating: 5 stars on 5! This is going to be a shirt review because I have no complaints about the hair mask. It did exactly what it claimed to do. The only downside is ...
